Shipping FAQs
Shipping and handling is determined primarily by weight. In general, the lighter the item, the less you will pay for shipping. For small tool or glaze orders, expect a charge of $10-$25*. For heavy items (such as a box of clay) expect a minimum of $30-$50. Multiple boxes will be charged individually (we have a 48 lb weight limit per box).

Shipping is expensive… we understand! Please give us a call and we and see if we can get you a better shipping rate.
Yes! All you need to do is check the box labeled “Local Pickup” in the shipping section of the order form. It’s also helpful to write us a note in the order notes section letting us know when you plan to be at our store. Please give us at least 2 business days notice to receive and prepare your online order—if you need to pick up your items within a very short time frame, place your order by phone instead.
We use UPS Ground, US Mail, and various trucking companies, all dependent on shipment size and the best rates available. We do not ship via FedEx.
We welcome purchase orders from schools, universities, and approved businesses, but any order not being paid with a credit card needs to be submitted to us by email and include the actual PO with the bookeepers name, phone number and email on the purchase order.
