Q: Is it possible to pick up my order in person instead of having it shipped?
A: Yes! All you need to do is check the box labeled “Local Pickup” in the shipping section of the order form. It’s also helpful to write us a note in the order notes section letting us know when you plan to be at our store. Please give us at least 1 business day notice to receive and prepare your online order—if you need to pick up your items within a very short time frame, place your order by phone instead.
Q: What shipping companies do you use?
A: We use UPS Ground, Fed Ex Home Delivery, US Mail, and various trucking companies, all dependent on shipment size and the best rates available
Q: Can I pay with a purchase order number instead of a credit card?
A: We welcome purchase orders from schools, universities, but any order not being paid with a credit card needs to be submitted to us by email attachment to sales@midsouthceramics.com, or over the phone (615-242-0300).
